Lesa's Residential Cleaning

(aka ***) was cleaning our house. A hand carved jade statue was broken. She said she would apply to her insurance company to pay for the damage. Next time she came to clean, she said she would pay for the statue since her insurance would go up if she made a claim. Next cleaning she
said she would send a check.
On the next cleaning date, she did not show up. I called 3 times with no reply and to date, she
has not been back to clean nor has she sent a check for $400.00
