Last August we contracted with *** Landscape Company to install our backyard to include concrete patio and walks, grass area, led lighting,irrigation system, plantings and a bubbling rock water featureAll went well for about months at which time we noticed that the water feature needed to be filled dailyIt was supposed to be self filling on a recycling systemWe tried to call *** ***, owner of the company,but he was unresponsive to our callsI called his number several times each week for several months to no availWe finally reached him by using a phone he wouldn't recognize and he promised to fix the problemThat was a month ago and we still have not seen or heard from him He still does not answer his business phone or personal cell phoneAfter months of trying to resolve this issue, we are turning to you for helpAll we want is to have our fountain repairedWe paid $1,for this item and feel that we deserve a p
