In regards to Mr*** claim, we have actually already come to an agreementAfter turning in claim to our claims department, I was able to let them speak with him and negotiate payment of parts that he said were damaged on impact, as I told him the day he brought in the total parts/labor bid
We have apologized for any inconvenience caused and he will hopefully have a reimbursement check in hand within the next days
In our store we have an agreement to let management handle any customer damage to vehicles, to cut down on any miscommunication or negative impact on taking care of our customers in a timely and efficient matterIf there are any questions or concerns please feel free to let me know
