Les Schwab Tire Center of Auburn

My husband had an appointment at 11 am to have his tires aligned. They said he needed bushings for an extra 700 dollars. We decided to have our regular mechanic do the work but he still wanted the truck aligned. Four hours later they still haven't aligned it. It seems as though they are punishing him for not agreeing to the extra work. He has Parkinson's and needed to eat so he could take medicine which makes this more concerning. Beware if you have an appointment for something simple, they will try to find another problem for extra cash! But 5 hours later....uncalled for!
