I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Review: On 10-6-14 had a regular service for my vehicle at [redacted] dealer in Elk Grove. I was told by [redacted] (Service Advisors) that my front tires are wrong size. On 10-7-14, I took my receipt to Les Schwab where I purchased them and spoke to [redacted] (Supervisor). Tires should be 215/65R/16. [redacted] offered me to sell brand new ones, after checking out the old ones and refused to replace them. I plan on going back to the dealer ([redacted]) and have them replace.Desired Settlement: Refund my money back.
