Le's Nails

Review: I went in this past Saturday 08/24 to get my nails done with "Gel" polish for a wedding I was attending. Gel is more expensive because it's supposed to last about 2 weeks. The nails started chipping that same evening and two days later, I was without nail polish on 3 fingers. I called asking for my money back and "David" insisted that I come in to re-do. I told him I would not be in the area any time soon as I live almost 70 miles away, nor have any reason to drive that far just to get my nails done. He refused to refund me at least partial for the nails only since toes are harder to damage. I didn't even mention the poor workmanship on my nails. I told him I'd contact the Revdex.com and said you wouldnt do anything abouit it and all he'd receive is a letter with and that's it. Basicaly, a slap on the hand. Clearly, there have been complaints against this vendor before and it's not fair that I paid $66.00 (incl tip) for poor quality & service.Desired Settlement: I paid $56 dollars for the manicure and pedicure, plus a $10 dollar tip. I want a full refund of $66.00 since I'm now completely dissapointed with the service, quality and outcome. I could be doing better things with my time than have to deal with this. If only he would have agreed to the $25.00, but he refused. That is a terrible way to run a business.
