We were in a bankruptcy that this firm was handling for [redacted]. We were told to start making our payments in July per the us bankruptcy court. They filed a motion in June stating that they were still owed for June, took our July payment, applied it to June and dropped the motion allowing the bankruptcy to close. [redacted] then told us in September that we were a month behind on payments and started charging us late fees. They did not do this until we were out of the protection of the bankruptcy courts. This firm had to know this would happen and allowed it to anyway. Now the firm will not talk to us and [redacted] will not talk to us. Neither will either company respond our attornys request to fix it.
