I was injured in a case where the medical bills were higher than the settlement. I chose Lerner & Rowe on the advice of a friend who had a good experience. My first time in the office I was greeted professionally and treated with respect. This would continue throughout the process. My reason for getting an attorney wasn't to get rich, rather to help make sure I didn't end up owing money for an accident I wasn't at fault for. The process took some time but my team at Lerner & Rowe kept in touch and made sure I always knew what was going on. I recently settled my case and I'm very satisfied with the results. I've had a terrible experience working with [redacted]. Very rude and unprofessional. He doesn't respond to emails or telephone calls. He doesn't update me with new information as well. He lies about time frames. I am very unhappy with lerner and rowe. By far the worst experience I've ever had wouldn't recommend to anybody.

I got into a wreck on 1-10 back in April of 2014. I called up [redacted] and got a really nice receptionist who told me to come into the office in [redacted] which was awesome since without a car it was within walking distance. I met with a paralegal for a consultation and then I was told they would take my case. I was recommended a chiropractor who was also walking distance from my house and he took great care of me. I was being handled by a paralegal who was a little slow to get back to me or update me but even so It was perfectly fine. I was later transferred over to another paralegal who was new. He called me every week whenever there was an update or if he had any new information. I never even had to call him because he would beat me to it every time. I hired Lerner&Rowe back in 2012 to represent me in a domestic violence situation. I was lost and confused and wasn't sure of what was next being thathat I have never been in trouble with the law. The initial consultation was good, they assure me that everything will be fine and my name cleared! The paralegal was the worst! She never returned my phone calls, was no help in me getting my property from my home because my ex had an Order of Protection against me. I think her name was [redacted]. On the day of my hearing, my attorney was late, can you imagine?! I paid this firm $5000!!! I kept calling [redacted], she didn't answer. When she finally called back, she claimed my attorney was 20min away! An hour later, still no show! Mind you, this was past my court time by now. I called [redacted] again, she wouldn't pick up. When my attorney finally showed up, he told me he had a case that morning and he was coming from Payson! How should that be my problem, I don't know. Why take lots of case loads if you can't handle them? He was so unprepared. I ended up with diversion which is the easier way out. He literally said less than 10 words in court. I was innocent and this firm couldn't do a thing to prove that. They are useless, don't hire them! Once you do, you become just a number! They have the most t.v commercial but doesn't deliver. Don't hire them! I am now scared for life for a crime that I was innocent of all because of an incompetent lawyer! I will not rrecommend them to m worst enemy!!!

My wife was in an almost fatal crash. It was the drivers fault. They had took the case without my wife nor myself contacting them. My mother in law had called them with out our consent. She finally told us about it so we called, almost all the paperwork and everything was done. After everything was settled, we ended up only getting 5k. They didn't fight for us and went ahead with out consulting us. My wife having a TBI, was not sound mind to go ahead with something like that.
