Everything was great. I was well taken care of. My advice would be to make sure you keep a line of communication with someone at all times and email and ask questions frequently. I got up this morning thinking about how I was so blessed to have Kimberly as an angel to help me in my time of needs, my journey, my faith. Giving thanks for everything. I had the bad luck of having 2 car accidents in the past 3 years that weren’t my fault. But Lerner & Rowe made a very stressful time less stressful. They just had me focus on getting better. I will use them any time I need help. I recommend them for sure!
THEY AE NOT PROCESSING MY ACCIDENT CLAIM. THEY NEVER CALL BACK AND LIE ABOUT PROCESSING MY
CLAIM. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR SEVERAL MONTHS.
This client was has settled back in March 2018.
Client was always kept well informed. I can provide notes of all phone calls. Client was not satisfied with the fact the status has not changed (insurance company was not wanting to extend an offer). Client was in a rush to settle bc she was about to be evicted so this may have caused additional stress.
There were two insurance companies involved, Farmers and Progressive. Progressive made a low 80% offer and we wanted Farmers to make an offer as well so client could collect 100% of her damages. We continually fought with Farmers but in the end they denied the claim. Client was left with the options of settling with Progressive for the 80% offer (after negotiations) or file suit against both companies insureds to fight for the 100% value. Client elected to settle instead of the time consuming process of litigation. Litigation is also costly for all parties involved.
Our firm did not tell lies or fail to return calls. Client was always kept well informed. Unfortunately she did not like the pace of the claim and we couldn't agree more. We cannot force an insurance company to make an offer or settle a claim. We are actually on the same page in that we do not want insurance companies to delay claims. It costs us more time and money as well.
In the end, we were happy to resolve client's claim and compromise her incurred medical expenses by more than $2900.
