I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I would conclude that this business relationship will not ever come to a resolution We feel like we were not provided services specific to this contract and it is well documented on items we were not provided My purpose of sending in a complaint was in hopes that nobody else finds themselves into a situation where they are left in a similar situation I do not wish to continue to battle with the Leren Group as this is a pointless exercise Regards, [redacted]
Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint of Mr. [redacted] of [redacted] Solutions. We value our relationships with our clients, and we regret that Mr. [redacted] has taken this step. Our response to the submittedcomplaint is as follows: We were retained by [redacted] Solutions ([redacted]) for our Sales...
Management as a Service'" engagement, wherein we provide a variety of sales and sales management related services. [redacted] prepaid for six month engagement at a substantially discounted price. It became evident early on in the engagement that [redacted] was not Inclined to follow our advice or comply with our engagement model. In the course of the engagement [redacted]' sole outside salesperson resigned. As [redacted] did not wish for their account manager to be held to revenue goals or coached in the sales process; contrary to our advice and standard practice, this left no one for us to manage. We then engaged in a substantial effort to assist [redacted] in the recruitment of a salesperson. We vetted over 75 applicants, and processed these applicants through our three phase recruiting process at no additional charge to [redacted]; a service for which we normally charge a significant fee. [redacted] eventually hired one of the candidates that we recommended, (though It should be noted that [redacted] rejected or advice regarding the offer letter and compensation plan for a salesperson), and then advised us that they did not want the salesperson to participate in a weekly sales meeting, which is core to our service. A few weeks prior to the end of the prepaid engagement it was apparent that we were at an Impasse. [redacted] insisted that the remedy they desired was continued service at no charge. This was not a workable solution, and as [redacted] did not want us to manage either their new salesperson or their account manager, we withdrew from providing the weekly service. Subsequently, we have provided documentation requested by Mr. [redacted] in the form of recommended sales related best practices for organizations similar to [redacted].Please contact us with any questions that you may have regarding this matter.
