I have ordered many hundreds of dollars of merchandise from this vendor, but his handling of the most recent order has alienated me as a customer hereafter. I ordered 5x 25lb cases of chocolate. Two of those cases never showed up. It turns out that they were inadequately bound together, came loose, and were lost in shipment. Because they were inadequately bound together, [redacted] did not pay the claim, and I was not refunded the $200+ for the lost cases. Not only was customer service a problem, he actually blamed me! I can't think why he would get so defensive, but I would recommend not working with this company.

I ordered baked goods from this company for $62. I waited 6 days and contacted them about my order. The gentlement looked up my order and and said I had chosen the wrong delivery option and and proceeded to tell me I had done it on purpose because I was trying to rip off the system. I told him it was a mistake and that I was willing to pay the difference. He yelled at me NO that my business was no good there, that I was a cheapo, and I did it on purpose. I have NEVER seen such bad customer service. And had I not called they would of never told me of the mistake and they would of kept my money.

Review: I placed two online orders with this company in early December. One week later, the orders had not been shipped. I called to receive tracking information and learned the orders had not shipped. At this time, I told the rep to please cancel both orders. I followed up with an email to confirm cancellation. Both orders were still shipped and I refused both shipments with [redacted]. The company charged me for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the total amount of both orders ($134.00) as both orders were cancelled before shipment.
