Review: I called PG&E (XXXXXXXXXX) to look at my water heater for not generating hot water. A technician came out to my house and disconnected heater connection because it was hazardous. He recommended a plumber to check on the pilot light because PG&E technicians are not authorized to repair or work on any sort of heating system and have to pay, but I asked for a plumber referral and they gave Leo's Heating & Air Conditioning PO Box 7901 Stockton, CA 95267 phone (209) 271-7873 and date of service was July 6, 2013. With the referral's plumber name Leo Loeurn and came out to relight my water heaters pilot light. I had hot water and out again the next day and out again the next time around. I called a few times and no hot water was out of the value. He came out a few times and same thing happened, pilot light turns off afterwards and finally on July 8, 2013 I paid him $175.00 to do the relighting. On the next succeeding weeks of July 8 thru the 24 of 2013, I kept calling him to repair my water heater but never responded on the phone or in writing all I ask of him is a refund of my check of $175.00 paid to him July 8, 2013, thus I who can least boast his job with guarantee. I cannot live in this house without a water heater to clean my aging body of 75 years of age.
I am anticipating help from your office and refer me to a reliable plumber who can do and guarantee the job and not exorbitantly charge me a fee that is so high.
