Leon Landscaping of Cortlandt Manor improperly pitched our patio. It has been measured with a level and the middle of the patio is too high. Therefore , the rain water pools in the
center and doesn’t efficiently drain. Furthermore , the rise in the middle of the patio is very visible to the eye.
We have asked the company to repair the improper pitch but they will not claiming it’s properly pitched. The owner of the company Nelson has stated it was only a $3k job what do you expect? This is very unprofessional and 3k to us is a lot of money and the amount of a job should have no bearing on doing quality work or not. Not only is it a potential water issue for our home but once winter comes it will freeze and become dangerous for my family. We have been given quotes from other mason companies stating the patio is improperly pitched.
