My CAR was STOLEN from TENDER CAR!
Tender Car left my car running and conveniently unattendedThe video shows someone walking into the shop (full of employees) and driving off in my carINSIDE JOB???
The owner, Jon P***, told me he would pay for any repairs and do whatever was necessary to make things rightI TRUSTED JonI have been waiting patiently for my car for WEEKSMy car was recovered and has been at Tender Car for WEEKS!!
Jon does not return my phone callsHe only texts me when I text himEvery week he has a new excuse as to why I don't have my car backSHOULDN'T I BE A PRIORITY?!
I am a year-old female college student attending school hours away in New JerseyWithout a car I can't work this semesterI can't afford to just buy another carNow I have to spend time & more money to sue himLet the Buyer Beware! Company mandated that I prepay for parts for repair This was fine No issue with that $check was dropped off on Tuesday, 5/8/ Was told at that time that parts would be arrive "in a few days" and that I would receive a call as soon as they came in They knew that because of my insurance company, I could not put my car in for repair until the parts on the insurance company's estimate come in to the shop No one ever called me for the rest of that week
On Monday, 5/14/18, I called to inquire on the parts' arrival and was told that they would probably come in that day and that I'd get a call back when they did Never received a call back I called them back on Wednesday, 5/16/and was told that the parts had come in on 5/14/ When I inquired why no one had called me, I was told that it was probably because they had set me up for an appointment and I was supposed to drop my car off on Tuesday, 5/15/ I was never told about this appointment and that phone call o

HelloI had a BMW 525xi there to get some work done and nothing is correct and when I bring it to the staffs attention they say the person has left the companyNow my airbag is off, my ashtray broke rear view mirror not working and glass still inside my vehicle, then there is a complete panel missing in rear of interior! I have been very patient awaiting you to adjust and complete these errors for over a month nowI paid 1,out of my pocket for and my insurance and nothing still to this day and I am LIVID
So if I am not reimburst my money or these errors corrected like you continue to claim to be working to fix, I will file a lawsuit with Revdex.com and the courts against themThis is ridiculous

Took car in to have the bumper repaired through my insuranceWas told a month later that it was ready however, I was then contacted by my insurance rep, that during the repair they broke the part of the drivers side fender that connects the bumperWas informed that this would be taken care of shortly after once they ordered the partSo, I paid my fees and took the car expecting a call backThey never return my calls and act like it’s not there issueI have photos of original damage taken by progressive and screenshots from progressives notes saying the shop did not preform repair as agreedAlong with this the paint job on the fender is horrible and doesn’t match and my side marker light was never fixed like it was supposed to beThis has been the worst business experience I’ve ever had and the damage has grown worse due to me having to wait for results and still driving it with the damage they caused

My vehicle was taken to Tender Car on April 27, to be repaired under my insurance claimI was advised that my car repairs will be completed no longer than 10-daysToday is June 17, and my vehicle is still not readyI have visited, called and called they give me excuse after excuseI am a lyft driver so I use my vehicle to survive and take care of my familyI have not been able to work since my car has been in there shopMy insurance company issued a check to them on May 13, I would like to be compensated for my lost wages after the 20th day

I took my Toyota Tundra to tender car April to have passenger Rear end damage fixed they told me it would take about weeks
Next day they called said insurance quote was to low and they would get in touch with progressive
Following Monday progressive called me told me everything was taken care of cool
Two weeks go bye call and see if my truck is done I said no should be next Friday I would be three weeks now call next Friday is the truck done no should be on Tuesday after memorial day OK I get a ride there on Tuesday after work trucks not done they said all should be done this Friday call Friday not done it’s been a month tell me again next Friday again not done six weeks now tell me Monday or Tuesday it should be done call not done Friday comes seven weeks later I call him at o’clock in the afternoon as my truck done they said oh yeah Russ so go pick up my Didn’t bother to call me and tell me it was dan picked it up not happy at all I would never go to this place again I would recommend nobody ever go to this place if I could give them a zero star I would anybody takes her car good luck

I gave tender car my vehicle to fix on February 27th They still have my vehicleEvery time I call them asking how long it will take they give me the complete run aroundMy insurance adjuster can’t even seem to find out what the issue is because they give us both the run aroundOn March 27th which is in four days....FOUR, they will have my car for an entire monthNo matter if I talk to the manager or the front desk person it’s always a different story just to shut me up and when the day comes for to me supposedly get my car back it’s a different story as wellThey have told me multiple times that my car is ready and the only thing that needs to be done is this or thatOne day it’s “it needs to be assembled” another day it’s “you need a new air conditioner” in a week it’s “your all ready it just needs to be detailed” and the VERY next day it’s “it needs to be assembled and painted”I’m very frustrated and I just want my car backThis is a horrible business

Very unprofessional they all lie just to get money I took my car here for repairs supposed to got my car back on march instead my car is still sitting up there they said they would be done in days they had my car now for 45daysStill giving me the run arounds.they will not let me speak to owner and my car wont even start and I drove my car there...very bad company no loaner cars like they promise and the ones they do have do not get you even from one point to another.I have had the worst experience with this shop they will lie to get your business

Our vehicle was dropped off on 3/30/to have a bumper repairTender car told us at the latest our car would be ready would be 4/7/As of today, 4/12/our vehicle is still not ready for pick upEveryday since Monday 4/10/we have been given a different excuse why they arent able to have our car repairs doneWe also told them we had a family vacation planned beginning 4/13/Now since they do not have our vehicle repairs finished we are now responsible for paing a daily rental car feeSecondly, Tender car told us they were going to cover our $deductibleAs of today, they told us they are covering half of it! On May 17, 2018, my husband (a military medically retired 2-time combat wounded war veteran) dropped off his vehicle for autobody repair of the front grill of his car due to a fender bender, at Tender Car in Milwaukee, WisconsinHe was told that it would be about a week or less before it was doneOur car insurance company covered a rental vehicle for himWe got a phone call from our insurance company on May 24th, stating that Tender Car had not even started work on his vehicle and had already had his vehicle for one weekOur insurance company told us that they would have to, by law, stop paying on the rental once it hit the "expected" date of completion that we were originally givenThe insurance company told us that once that date hit, Tender Car would be responsible for paying for the remaining days needed on his rental vehicle since it was their delay and their fault for not completing on timeThe whole time Tender Car never called us to give us any updates on delaysOur insu

my car starter went out and I had it towed by tender car to service the problem and get an oil change the last week of February actually February 13th I received the car back February 16th at which the car started cutting off when I was on my way to work and overheatingI called upset as to how do I get a starter and oil change and now my car is overheating and cutting off burning gas and at that time I was transferred to mechanic who said he did not know but had me bring car back and he disconnected my sensor, I am upset and the car still is not working and I am livid at the work done on my vehicleit needs to be fixed and compensation on gas

Dishonest service, they are never honest about the current state of your car or what kind of work is being doneThey do not repair cars properlyAfter taking over a month longer than they should have to fix my car, they did not put it back together properlyThe rear defrost was never reattached, had to find out in winter when it didn't workI had reputable body shop look at the car and they straight up told me that there was terrible work done to the carFrom the paint job, to putting thing back together - water leaks into the trunk now, because tender car failed to put the parts back together correctly
