Leo & Son Construction

Review: The owner of [redacted] & Son Construction is [redacted]. "[redacted]" [redacted] who gives the address of [redacted], phone number [redacted]. He also uses the address of [redacted]. This person has disappeared taking my money, $3300, after doing some of the work that he contracted to do on my house. I feel that he has not left the New Orleans area as his mother and sister live here, and that he will continue to hurt other people. It is now my understanding that he has done this before. He left having not paid his employees, and failed to finish the work on my home that he contracted to do. Efforts to contact him have not been fruitful as he will not answer the telephone number that he has been contacted at many times before. The 2 addresses that he gave is not his address anymore. Where he is now I do not know. Any help or information that you can supply about [redacted] "[redacted]" [redacted] would be most helpful and welcome.Desired Settlement: Pay me back from the $3300 for the work that was not done on my house, and pay the employees that he did not pay.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Leo & Son Construction regarding complaint ID [redacted].

On May 28, 2014 I sent a certified letter, return receipt requested, to the last known address for the owner, [redacted]. [redacted], of the company. The return receipt was signed by a family member, but I have never heard from the owner. In my letter I demanded either he do the work or return my money. The last known address is [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] has also used the addresses of: [redacted]. His last known telephone number is: [redacted], which is still in service but is never answered. Certified mail was also sent to the other 2 claimed addresses but they have not been returned as of yet. Mr. [redacted] also has a Facebook page, under his name, where his pictures are available.
