The machine again did not function and when it was returned the chain for the cutter was missing. Furthermore and beside the inefficiency; customer treatment was rude and arrogant to say the least. I had sent two messages to the hyundai complaint section but recieved no response. I have all the documents to prove my point.
I am stunned to see your company so inefficient and careless. I hope that someone in your giant structure could give a response. Thank you
To Whom It May Concern:I would like to try to resolve the above-referenced complaintHowever, I do not think right now I have all the information that would be helpful here because I do not have personal knowledge of exactly what happened during this situation with the customerI was in South Korea at the time the customer reported his issues with the suits he had brought in for dry-cleaningAs I learned from my former employee who helped him at the time, when the customer expressed his issues with the suits, she told him to come back when the owner (i.e., me) had returned from Korea to try to ?gure out how best to address his complaintI understand that the customer agreed to come back about the suits, but he never did, so I did not have the opportunity to try to address the problem until I got this letterI certainly want to try to deal with the customers complaint because customer satisfaction is very important to meStill, I have not seen the suits that the customer is saying that he had to replace, and there was no photo attached to the letter I received from the Revdex.comSo, it would be hard for me to know what I think is reasonable to try to resolve this situation without getting more information and seeing what the suits look like. Please advise on how to proceed in this situationThank you for your time.Sincerely,Jung S [redacted] ***
