Len's Refrigeration Heating & A/C Inc.

Len's Heating and cooling visited my home on 6/22/12 to repair my central air unit. I was charged $45.00 for the service call which is my deductable from Choice Home Warranty. The service tech named Gary told me that the terminal to the compressor was rusted and could not gaurantee it would fix the problem. The next day which was on a Saturday, it broke again. I had to wait til Monday the 25th of June for them to come back out and fix it again. Another service tech named Andrew came out to try to fix it again knowing the problem will happen again and this time it lasted only 4 days. I feel that since the problem was never resolved, and Choice Home Warranty refused to replace it or even try to repair it, I should get my $45.00 refunded to me. The problem was never fixed and yet I was out the service fee. Len's Heating and cooling knew they were wasting their time trying to repair it and they still took my $45.00. I want refunded for the unfinished job.
