Lens Lab Express

Refused to give me the frame measurements, when I asked for Pupillary Distance I was also refused... since I wasn’t buying the pair of glasses from them.

I saw the eye doctor on December 9, 2017. I paid him the full amount of $1,000 ($400 for glasses and $600 for one year's worth of daily contacts). They had to order contacts because they did not have them in the store. Two weeks later they called my home and said the lenses were in. I went to the store, tried them on but couldn't read with them. They said they would order more trial lenses and the doctor gave me some lenses with a lower prescription to see if I liked the brand even though I told him one of the brands he gave me is the same brand I already had and really really liked he insisted I take the samples so I did. ALmost three weeks passee. I called them for an update, left my cell number, asked for a call back. They didn't call me. I called again and again asked for a call back. They didn't call. I called again and asked them to cancel the order as a co-worker had recommended her eye doctor. I saw this new eye doctor on February 17, 2018 and I got daily contacts that were usable right away. I filed a complaint with my credit company. Once I did that then Lens Lab Express called and said the contacts were ready which made no sense since I had told them to cancel the order. I called them and said I didn't understand since I had cancelled my order. I requested they call my cell. Instead they left yet another message with my mom and said to nevermind, they had cancelled the order which also made no sense since they previously said they had the contacts in the store. I am still disputing this with my credit card company and am getting nowhere very fast. I have all the paperwork Lens Lab Express sent *** and I have all the paperwork the new eye doctor gave me.
