Lenox Village Flowers, LLC

I have received arrangements from Lenox Village Florist in the past and they have been wilted and unattractive. Recently, I ordered flowers through one of the large online floral services and Lenox Village handled the request. The flowers were delivered late at night and the arrangement was not what I ordered. It was supposed to contain roses. They substituted the expensive roses for carnations, thinking that I would not find out about it. Reviews on their Google and Yelp websites indicate that they have done this with other orders on a consistent basis. Since this was a birthday arrangement, I had the opportunity to make it right - 1 800 Flowers stood behind their service and had a new arrangement sent by another florist (I insisted that it not be made by Lenox again). In more tragic or time-sensitive circumstances (like funerals or celebrations), it would be a complete embarrassment to have a cheap-looking arrangement delivered. This florist should be ashamed for shafting their customers.

I met with [redacted] and [redacted] to discuss flowers for my wedding. They were very professional, courteous and informative. They set up the night before the wedding and the church had a wonderful fragrance the following day when guests arrived. Everyone loved the centerpieces at the reception. I will definitely use them for future orders
