Filters Fast had better change their name to Filters Extremely Slow. They do not do what they say they will do. I placed an order on July 9th. The order was still in pending status a week later so I called to find out what the hold up was. They did not have the filters I ordered in stock even though the web site said IN STOCK. I was told just the size I ordered were not in stock and that they expected to get them July 22nd. The order was still in pending status on July 25th so I called again. I was given a new date of Aug 1st. I called on Aug 1st cancelled the order and changed the type of filter to something else they had in stock in the size I needed. I was told it would ship out that day. It is now Aug 6th and my order finally shipped. When I called to see when they would arrive because the tracking number with xxxxx didn't show any information I was told Saturday the 9th or Tuesday the 12th at the latest. This is the last order I have with them.
I ordered 3 Fridgedair filters (3 because better deal) and shipped to Vancouver Canada. Upon receipt of package from UPS, I was told to pay and additional $60 for customs and brokerage. I am very upset that they only indicated this was extra in the FINE PRINT. Not happy. I could have bought these at my local Sears store for less and picked them up 3 weeks earlier.
Ordered just dechlorinating bath salts qty 1
Received incorrect shipment of 22 rolls of hydronix sediment filter cartridges
Inconvenience of having to go out of my way to return wrong shipment at ups store
Charge still sitting on credit card for item not received.
Possible total wait time for replacement up to 13 days (warehouse lead time plus transit time)

Make sure you read the fine print. Special orders (non-stock items) will take 30 days.
Why doesn't the item show that it is special order or a non-stock item. My guess is
that most of the items are non-stock items and we are dealing with an internet flipper.
