After speaking with [redacted] the first time, I used our point-of-sale system to find gift cards sold for that amount in that time frame. I found only one on that date. Upon researching the usage of that card, I determined that the card purchased was used on October 13 for a boot...

purchase.Our system does connect gift cards to any particular customer name. We do not process gift cards for payment without the actual card, since we have no way of knowing to whom the card belongs unless it is in hand at the time of purchase. I did ask [redacted] if she could provide a receipt, since that would show the actual gift card number purchased on September 12th, for further research. She did not do so.I regret that the customer feels Lenny's Shoe & Apparel is not providing the desired response in the matter. However, we have researched the situation to the best of our abilities and come to this conclusion.I would be happy to speak to you further if needed.
