So many people we know with "new" homes had trouble with their builder or his sub-contractors about something While we certainly expected that [redacted] would be there to do a quality job, and we certainly hoped that [redacted] would stick around during the dangerous 'punch list' time when other contractors are notoriously disinterested, we are totally amazed and grateful that Mr [redacted] have been on hand for the past months to answer our calls to fix this or that It has been a large, lengthy project and very stressful, but working with you, helped to minimize our anxiety; problems that arose were handled promptly, courteously and at no charge; there was no problem too small to get Mr [redacted] 's personal attention In a world of inappropriately overused superlatives, [redacted] is truly outstanding Thank you for everythingWe wish you success Landmark @ Doral
Horrific experience with Lennar, at every level of management I have sent Lennar Corporate over a dozen emails requesting assistance with failure to address warranty issues with my homeLennar Corporate' sub-division, Lennar Carolina LLC., is refusing to acknowledge proven construction deficiencies, non-compliance with provisions of the filed and approved Building Plans and Building Code violations, All the lack of quality have been documented by my Engineers and Lennar'sI have a home with proven water damage and black moldThey built me a home that will continue to degrade based on moisture and will harm my family by future moldMy problem Lennar Corporate is that they have never responded to any of my emailsI have sent the requests directly to Lennar Corporate, media and their Legal Department Lennar may claim that my problems are in litigation, however, they are notEspecially during my initial contact (several months ago) They refuse to address the severity of the construction defects and how they build their homesIgnoring the problem will not solve anythingAll Lennar is trying to do is claim "dispute" and force me to expensive litigation which benefits themThey are trying to force me to accept botched construction and inadequate re-construction In my opinion, Lennar Corporate, as well as their sub-division, Lennar Carolina LLC., has no honor, integrity or any decency to the people who purchase their homes
