I feel that this is all a miss understanding, because I know her personally. I completed the job best to my ability...

Mr. Fangaiuiha approached my 94 year old father with an offer to patch his stone wall for $50 because Mr. Fangaiuiha had "leftover concrete" from a job he'd just completed for a neighbor. My father agreed. The day after his crew of three completed the job, Mr. Fangaiuiha asked my father to pay him $1500 for the job even though only a small portion needed patching. My father refused, and Mr. Fangaiuiha "compromised" by taking $800. Mr. Fangaiuiha asked for a check made out to his name and provided no receipt. This crook makes a practice to scamming the elderly -- beware!
