Response: I am one of the owners at Buzz Kill Pest Control and I unfortunately had no idea that this customer was upset until we received this letter from the Revdex.comI want to apologize for the confusion with our office and scheduling his call back serviceOur policy is to go back if needed and
retreat any problem areas to rid a customer of their original problemWe usually do not go back and retreat an entire structure unless the problems are still being seen through-out a home or businessAfter looking into this issue, I believe he had told our office he still had carpenter ants in one specific area and our office was going to schedule his house for a retreat to the problem area onlyIt was not explained to him that when we go out for a call back our technicians are trained to inspect all of the structure again and to treat anything that may be needed from the entire structure or the problem areaOur office should have just scheduled him for the call back, notated the area he was still having issues and let the technician evaluate after inspection if the entire structure needed a spray or notI am not sure why this was not followed properly on our endHe was still under guarantee for the ants and a 1/price spray with an extended guarantee should have never been offeredI would be more than happy to schedule his call back for himHe called in on 9-9-and his guarantee would have been over on 9-24-(days remaining in the original guarantee)If Mr*** would like for me to call him and schedule this withe next couple of weeks, I will extend the guarantee for another days from when we go back out and perform the call back at his home or I would be willing to work out some sort of a refund for himPlease let me know and again, sorry for the confusion
