Great customer service and timely response when I needed my car towedThe tow truck was at my house to tow my car in less than minutes from my original call to AAAWas very pleased with the service!

I was in a car crash on 03/03/and I was finally called after five weeks that they had it saying it was finished.(The guy Matt initially told me he would finish it in days)I picked it up, got it home and realized the front clip wasn't attached, scratch on fresh paint, no low beams on replaced headlights, windshield molding wasn't installed properly amongst other problemsI told them to come pick it up and fix itThey've also been using it for personal useThey still have it and have no idea that I snapped a pic of the odometer and I'm going to my attorney on Monday about it

I told them to come pick it up and fix it. They've also been using it for personal use.
