I signed up for a payday loan to be paid back by automated draft my checking account. Their website was down for weeks and couldn't auto debit my account. I called when I noticed it wasn't being taken out. I asked them to notify when it was up and running and I would set up the payment to them. Instead, they never contacted me and tried to auto-draft the entire amount from my account without my permission and it was returned. I then received at least 20 calls a day from people who couldn't speak English. They threatened me with local police authorities coming to my job and kept calling my office. I asked them to remove my work number from their list and they said no. This is the worst company I have ever worked with and they should be shut down permanently.Desired SettlementI want my account balance brought to zero and to be removed from all of their phone list.
