I applied for a personal consolidation loan with Lending USA on Friday October 21, I was approved within minutesAfterwards, I was assigned to an agent Stephanie [redacted] who contacted me right away via telephoneShe then walked me step by step through the application process which required signing all of the documents electronicallyThe entire amount of money I requested, was direct deposited into my bank account on today, Wednesday October 26, Ms [redacted] was EXTREMELY helpful, kind, friendly, polite, patient, and knowledgeable as she assisted meI would highly recommend Lending USA to family & friends

Horrible customer serviceWill never do business with them againThey are not upfront about contractual obligations then hide behind corporate rule making

I AM SO GLAD I FOUND LENDING USA The online application was short, and my rep Myrna [redacted] contacted me promptly, kept me informed as we went through the process, and I think may have stayed late a couple of times to keep the loan moving as quickly as possible I am likely to return to Lending USA when I need a short term personal loan again, and am already referring others to them

I worked with Angela [redacted] who was my loan coordinator and I can honestly say she was the most friendly and nice person to deal with while trying to complete a transaction as itself Angela was always good about following up with me and never letting me feel I was just a number that had slipped through the cracks I believe I had to call her one time and that was because I missed her call I would recommend this company and their complete process yes by how they were able to help but more than any reason to continue the loan transaction was Angela!!!!!
