Review: I bought my Vehicle on 12/31/15 from Lending Club Auto , Fulton ave. After driving off the car lot immediately noticing a transmission problem. Monday morning took the car back and they willingly told me they were going to fix the transmission by putting a NEW transmission in it. Anyways long story short 8 days later the finance company ([redacted]) calls telling me they sent the loan back to the bank because I don't have the car and they can send it back once I have the car in my possession. its now the 21st of January I pick my car us. the transmission is fine but I know it was rebuilt because I called the transmission shop and asked (dealer still lying says its new) and that I am suppose to get a 6 month warranty on it. I never got a warranty and cosmetic work on the car that was promised at day of sale is not done. To top it all off, the finance company say they have no record of my car, me or my loan.Desired Settlement: Either I want my $800 down payment back and give back the car OR/ They need to give me

- List of mechanic work with prices of transmission (or a new transmission)

+ my warranty for the transmission for 6 months

+ This business checked on because they are scamming people
