The history of this matter reflects that on June 25, we received an appraisal order for your propertyAfter review, our staff determined that our coverage in your market area was extremely limitedIt was quickly determined that we did not have a geographically competent appraiser available to complete the assignment
Once it was determined we were unable to complete the order in accordance with LenderVend standards, we promptly initiated the refund process and a refund was issued to the credit card that was used to place the orderFor your clarification, while LenderVend Appraisal Zone issued the refund on June 25, 2015, which was the same day the order was received, it typically takes 3-business days for credit card companies to process refunds and credit their customer's accountsWe once again apologize for any inconvenience or confusion you may have experienced in relation to this matter
