We had issues from the past, our credit is ok, and cleared up with credit bureau...they gave us a loan for our trailer purchase they were great easy to work with,
Loan was on low interest rate on yr term paid it off in years
Easy to deal with

I had paid my account off in full and they neglected to close my account and continued to take paymentswhen I called to complain , they insisted on having my bank information to prove to them, which is none of their business to begin with when they should see it on their endI got upset and yelled which I did say sorry for he continued to call me rude and went on and onThese people have no idea how to treat anyone***

Lendcare changed their company name without informing us so I and my bank could not figure out the company that withdrew money from my account so the bank reversed the paymentThey called and said thatMy husband I I were is and then they charged me $on top of my paymentThey were laughing and were the rudest people ever to deal withI told them I was sending them cheques they said if I did thatThey would charge me 75$ every monthThe staff Naomi and her supervisor Vanessa are *** rudeI will never recommend this company or deal with them ever again

Lend care and the Woman I delt with was very helpful even when we are behind on a payment :)
