The Lady that answered the phone was friendly and helpful! My eight cups and saucers arrived on time and all perfect, due to the care they take with bubble wrapping and packaging.
My order was taken by a very nice young lady. Within 48 hours it was delivered to my home. Five minutes after unwrapping the towel bar replacement it was installed. I am one happy lady. Thank you!
