Review: I recently had a car towed to them for tire and alignment service when I was informed that the vehicle had 2 flat tires in the front. They installed the tires but neglected to do the alignment. I wasn't aware of the condition of the car so I ask the receptionist if she knew of anything else needed and was told that the guys didn't see anything else wrong with it.I trusted her, paid for the tires and the alignment just to have to call back immediately because the car was still pulling very hard to the left and was hard to steer. She explained to me that the alignment machine was down and they were unable to do the job( but charged me) and she would contact me the following Monday to bring it back.2 weeks go by and no calls and the(brand new) tires are worn down to the wires in the front. I call them back told them that I'm now out 2 tires and was charged for an alignment that was never done. The owner told me that he couldn't refund me for the tires because of tie rod ends (which wasn't informed to me when I specifically asked) and I still haven't received a refund on the alignment. The total charge was $450 for 4 new tires and a alignment.Desired Settlement: I would like either 2 new tires on the front and a refund for the alignment or a refund for the 2 tires and the alignment.
