Review: when I purchased my phones the salesman said I would get the unlimited plan for no extra charge for the first month when I asked for the basic $40 first line and $35 second line plan. he said I would have to lower my plan before the next bill was due also. I reviewed my receipt and found he charged me for the unlimited plan. I called metro and they said he also added all the options to raise the cost to 129.00 a month. He lied to me about the free unlimited for the first month.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and would like him to not take advantage of other people.
