xxxxx came to our house to install a new xxxxx Oil FurnaceWe waited several months for him while the furnace was on orderHe ordered this in September but we did not get it until November 7, Two weeks after the furnace was installed we started having problems with the new furnaceThe new furnace does have a warrantyHe came back to look at the furnace and said there was something wrong with it and HE WOULD START A CLAIMWe have not heard back from him sinceWe have tried on MULTIPLE occasions over the last months to contact him, by BOTH business and cell phone numbersWe have attempted to leave messages however both numbers would say their mailbox is fullOn times we have been able to leave a message, we NEVER get a return callWe have even driven to their business location and imagine that, NO ONE IS EVER THERE!
