Review: In 2/09 we purchased a mattress set for 2,650.00 with a 20 year warranty. There are 2 large "dips" where we each lay and it is causing back/sleep problems. I understand this company is out of business?? but what happens to our warranty? We now live in VA, but I used our old address and phone number since this is what would be on file for this purchase. Our new address is [redacted], Va/ [redacted]. Please advise as to if anything can be done. We will have to order a new set, which is totally unfair on our part. Because we were told they are out of business, we have no other option than to contact your office with hopes of some resolution. Thanks so much. Our phone # is ###-###-####Desired Settlement: Since we no longer live in PA, I feel it would be at least fair for a partial refund on this mattress set. Only 5 years (actually less before it started to sag) on a 20 year warranty??? We paid a more than fair price for a bed that we were told would outlast any problems.
