Then I got a letter demanding that I return the modem or suffer a $billI use my own modem so I know that's not rightI had to spend a lot of time to dig up some old records to find out some proof that the rental modem was returned to them years ago, and to convince a customer support lady who sounds like a collect agencyHad I not kept all the old emails or couldn't find what I was looking for, I guess I have to pay that $Good way to make some extra revenue, PrimusSo if you use their service, make sure to keep a very good record of what happened, just in case
