Review: I placed an order for the advertised product supposedly sold by this company (an icepen) 10 months ago on 3/24/13 and have never received it, or any updates regarding its delivery. I asked for a refund on 1/30/14, but did not receive any response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $32.95 (product + shipping).

Review: Order was placed and paid for in Jan 2013, but never received. The following month I received an email stating that they were having issues with customs, so the shipment would be delayed. The email also stated that I could request a refund if I wanted. I requested a refund many times, but have never received it.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $35.70.
