Leland management is unresponsive and will charge their clients for their screw-upsretain all correspondence with them including phone records to show how many times you called and no one answered the phone .Even Emails go unansweredThen you get a bill with fines and interest tacked on!

We had our home built and closed on 9/28/We read through the HOA documents a few times and noticed amendment 4.8, stating that each home would receive a fence along the back yardWe are lot #Two residents were provided a fence, however no one else wasSome residents bought their own not knowing what the HOA statedWhen I reached out to Lee W***, the property manager, the community association manager for Leland Management, he said he would talk to the declarant, and provide a follow upThis took place on 9/1/Lee and I spoke on 9/12/2016, where he informed me they were just going to remove the amendment about the fence, and that they could just make changes anytime they couldOn 9/13/2016, Lee sent me an email with the amendment stating that Doc was removed and signed by the declarant
