Lejeune Notaries

I was hired to notarize documents, and Ron has yet to pay for my services rendered.

It has been over 60 days since signing was completed and submitted to Ron.

It seems like he has a pattern of doing this to many other notaries and avoids paying notaries as agreed.

p.s.- Ron if you are reading this, please respond to my emails and mail check to address on the invoice.

Lejeune notaries does not pay notaries for services rendered. Don't appreciate not being paid by a thieving signing service.

I recently declined home refinancing loan documents in November 2014. On Saturday 31 JAN 15 I received a letter from Lejeune Notaries, stating that I owed them $250 by 28 FEB 15 or the bill ( which is actually only a letter) would be sent this claim into collections. The dispute I had with MR. [redacted], is that he has no documentation signed by myself stating that I will be responsible for his services. Here is the last email I received from him in regards to this issue: MR [redacted] I can get you the loan disclosures that you signed I dont think that those disclosures will say that you are responsible in fact you were not obligated to anything by doing the loan app but where you became obligated for the notary fee associated with your loan is when the lender got your loan docs prepared and we sent a notary out to your home for you and your wife to sign and you rescinded at the table, by doing so weather you knew or not you became the responsible party to pay those incurred fees. You can choose to pay or not it is simply up to you.I have this email saved for any purposes that may arise. I am also a service member and will be meeting with my legal office on Thursday 5 FEB 15 to discuss any legal issues. I mentioned to Mr. Raynor that I would pay the $250 if he had something signed by myself stating that I would pay for his services, he repeatedly told me that he had no such documentation.Desired SettlementI would like for Lejeune Notaries to cease all projected collections on my behalf unless they provide proper documentation.Business Response Our company provided notary services to MR [redacted] where the notaries went to MR [redacted]s home to do his refinance at which time MR [redacted] recinded at the table, MR [redacted] is being invoice for those services provide since he decided not to go thru with his refinance. Consumer Response Lejeune Notaries have no substantiating documents that prove I owe them for their services. When asked for these documents, the companies representative claimed that there was no official documentation stating the charges were on my behalf. Final Business Response I have spoke to the loan officer that was assigned to MR [redacted]s loan he stated to me that he told MR [redacted] that the notary services were not free after MR [redacted] decided not to sign the first time and the loan officer stated to me that MR [redacted] told that if we would send the same notary back out to his home he would sign, the orginial notary was not avaiable to resign him so we hired a new notary for him and he still decided not to sign, so with that being said MR [redacted] becomes resonsible for the notary services out of pocket.
