Description of product a 2018 snug top camper shell with racks on top

Complaint : Yes about 3 months ago or less I bought a camper shell for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma and I been having issues. Ever since I bought it I been having water leakage inside the bed of the truck.When I was shopping for the camper shell in that time, the sales person never told me about the defects that takes effect when water enters the through the shell then to the bed of the truck because the Tacoma's bed configuration. In this case, I made an appointment to go back an see if I can get my money back or give them a chance to fix the area were the water is leaking through. Nevertheless I gave them the opportunity to fix the problem but it still leaks. The manager told me that he tried everything to see if he can close the gap were the water is leaking though an if it didn't work then there was nothing they can do to fix it in the future.
