letter was received Monday November 18th 2017, I called Mrs. [redacted] scheduled an appt for our technicians to come out and fix the structure in which supports the unit, they did so and I also sent my technicians with a check for reimbursement to Mrs. [redacted] which they hand delivered to her.   Please let me know if anymore information is needed.   Thank you, Office Manager [redacted]

duct tested we send the customers information to a Hers Rater company, currently we use Compliance Matters. Mrs. [redacted]’s information was forwarded to Compliance Matters on September 5th, since Compliance Matters is their own company, they make their own schedule as they work with multiple other contractors. Mrs. [redacted]’s complaint was that she wanted a copy of the permit obtained as well as her permanent filter, both of those items have been delivered to her as soon as she requested them. Since we received this complaint on Sept 20th, 2017, Rod Johnson Air has tried to call Mrs. [redacted] twice, once on the 20th and again on the 25th to attempt to help schedule her Hers Rater appointment as that is the only reason we have not been able to move to final inspection with the City, we have left voicemails with both calls and no return call yet.
