Review: This was total scam . We used this pass as a way to get in the front of long lines at the attractions as the web site stated many times in their offer. Once we got to the city to collect the passes we had to wait in an extermely long line just to collect the pass. after collecting the pass we tried to attend some of the events which we once again had to wait in line to have the pass scanned at the water taxi and an hour and a half later decided to just get out of line or we would not be able to enjoy any other sites.We also tried getting into the empire state building which on the website stated that you would bypass the ticket line and waited once again in lengtyhy lines and never got to the top bc we were on a bus tour and had to be back at the bus. On Monday morning I contacted the company to get a refund on the pass because the information on the website was totally misleading only to be met with very rude employees and supervisors. So in reality we saw one of the 80 attractions that the pass promised.Desired Settlement: refund to be applied to my mothers credit card which we used to purchase 4 tickets.

Review: I would like to ask you if I have right to ask for a refund for a ticket I bought on november 2013.Last year I was planning to go on holliday to New City in May 2014, so I bought a ticket ([redacted]) for 3 days to the enterpreise "Leisure Pass Group Ltd.".Unfortunately in the last month the goverment of my country has set up more hard restrictions about exchange money so now it's almost impossible for me to afford the trip, therefore I sent a mail to the enterpreise to ask them to refund the money (180 usd) I paid by credit card in november, and they refused to do it, arguing that their policys don't allow it ... I also asked them to considerer my situation, because i'm from Argentina and there is no way for me to sell my ticket to anyone else, even less to give it as a present because I don't know anybody in New York, in fact I was to do the trip alone. Do you think that I will have the chance to get my money back?Thank you.Desired Settlement: I just need to give my money as a credit in my credit card or by a reimbursement. I think it should be easier by credit card as long as it was the way I paid it.

Review: I was billed by this company over $200. I have never purchase anything from this company. They have refused to refund my money to my credit card.Desired Settlement: Refund the money back to my [redacted] card.
