HORRIBLE! Seriously--- worst customer service I have ever experiencedThis was for our annual wine tour to SW Michigan wineriesThe first red flag was when I was booking--they tried to push me into another hour of service for an extra $because they didn't think I would have enough timeWe only went to wineries and had PLENTY of time (hours)Second red flag was when they added $extra for changing the location of pickup and drop offNow, adding $isn't a huge deal except that noone ever mentioned the extra fee when I called in to change the locationThey also said they sent an e-mail, but I never recieved one with the increase until the day before the tripWhen I called in to question it, the supervisor ( [redacted] ) was EXTREMELY RUDEI really would have expected more from a larger company out of Kalamazoo-- but I guess they don't really care about retaining customersAnother issue is that they changed the limo that we had-- also without letting me knowWhen I booked, the reservation was for a passenger escalade--- but when I called to confirm they changed it to the passenger coachtechnically this is an upgrade, and I was excited--- but when it arrived it was the passenger coach with no plug-ins for music, no seating around the outside, no coolers or glasses for drink--- just rows of seats like a charter bus-- NOT what I had signed up for I can PROMISE I will NEVER use this company again

The first red flag was when I was booking--they tried to push me into another hour of service for an extra $100 because they didn't think I would have enough time. We only went to 4 wineries and had PLENTY of time (6 hours). Second red flag was when they added $50 extra for changing the location of pickup and drop off. Now, adding $50 isn't a huge deal except that noone ever mentioned the extra fee when I called in to change the location. They also said they sent an e-mail, but I never recieved one with the increase until the day before the trip. When I called in to question it, the supervisor ([redacted]) was EXTREMELY RUDE. I really would have expected more from a larger company out of Kalamazoo-- but I guess they don't really care about retaining customers. Another issue is that they changed the limo that we had-- also without letting me know. When I booked, the reservation was for a 14 passenger escalade--- but when I called to confirm they changed it to the 25 passenger coach. technically this is an upgrade, and I was excited--- but when it arrived it was the 28 passenger coach with no plug-ins for music, no seating around the outside, no coolers or glasses for drink--- just rows of seats like a charter bus-- NOT what I had signed up for.

I can PROMISE I will NEVER use this company again.
