talked to company on speaker phone with a witness nearby, I was quoted $for rear brakes, $for a thermostat, $for an outer tie rod end, I then asked them if that included parts and labor I was told yeswhen I called to see if car was done and get final bill I was told when my girl friend went to get car they had a charge on there for a resonator, they removed that and got bill down to that is still $more than there estimate
