I have already talked to [redacted] and he is only offering the repair of table that is not accepatble to me as  my dining table is HIGH END and it
can't be repaired to it's origainal look and intricate detail of the piece.  Therefore I am asking for REPLACEMENT COST of $2,810.31.

Review: I bought a table runner from [redacted] store and put it on my dining table to see if the color cordinates with my tabel chairs. I left table runner on my dining table for about 5-6 days or so and than I decided that it really does not go well so I decided to return it. When I picked up the table runner from table, I noticed that it stained my table. I was shocked as I have high-end dining table (Vanguard Furniture - Astoria Dining Table W732T-ES- cost $2,810.31). I went to store and talked to [redacted] and he told me that someone from their insurance company will contact me.

I was contacted by [redacted] back in March'14. I have been in correspondance with her for more than three months without any result. I gave her all info she requested. She says that the manufacturer is responsible for it and she is trying them to pay for my table. That may be true but I purchased table runner form [redacted] so they are responsible party.

I request $2,810.31 from [redacted] ASAP as I have been patiently following with their insurance company for more than three months without any result.
