Review: On 8/4/2015 I went to Dr. Alarcon because a piece of my tooth chipped on the upper left side of my mouth. Dr Alarcon informed me she could do a temporary filing for $50.00 and a cleaning for $50.00 that day and I can return in a week and she will have to do a crown on the tooth. I paid Cash $100.00 for the temp. filing and for the cleaning but I did not receive the cleaning. She told me she could do the cleaning when I returned for my crown. I decided to go with a different dentist Dr. [redacted] because her prices were within the range of my budget. I am now out of the 50.00 for the cleaning. I contacted Dr. Alarcon office several times leaving messages with Lori and on her machine, but I have not received any answers in return.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the cleaning that I did not receive.
