The shop was able to complete the work to my satisfaction within the timeframe I requested.I still stand by my comments regarding their lack of follow through and unresponsiveness, but would like to note that I was ultimately contacted by “Vicki” who is a senior partner in the firm.She clearly had a
better idea of how to treat customersOnce she got involved, the follow through and service was much better.That said, they need more than one employee to be trained in services

because:
Nothing related to my claim has been resolvedThe only thing I have ever heard was one email from Revdex.com stating, in one sentence, that Leifs had nothing to do with my claimThey had EVERYTHING to do with my claimWhen I took my vehicle in to get the ignition switch done, my dash lights worked, my dash did not rattle and there was no adhesive goop hanging down around the instrumentation panelBut IMMEDIATELY after they worked on my vehicle, all three of those things occurred, which I showed to Garrett immediatelySo Leifs claim is that it is a total coincidence that the very day I take my car in, my dash lights quit working, my dash begins to rattle and goop falls down?? Not hardlyI makes it very difficult to listen to their commercials now when they speak of their "integrity" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At this point, as I am waiting to hear from you, I will take a copy of the original letter I wrote to Leifs to my attorney and if nothing happens soon, I will plan on either having my attorney handle this or I will take it to Small Claims courtBut I will wait until I hear from you.Sincerely,*** ***

Leif's did not create the issue the customer is referring to and is not responsible for additional problems that come to light in the course of diagnosis and repairCustomer will have to contact Leif's Corporate Offices to discuss further

Leif's Auto Center completed the warrenty work on 5/22/it took approximately a month to get them to perform the repair and I believe it would have taken longer had I not filed this complaintPlease update my complaint to resolved and thank you for your help

message right awayThe issues with my car have been fixed with a lot less commotion, leverage was needed for prompt action. One less
derogatory mark for Leifs Auto Center, Kudos to Mr.H*** and Alex
