Actually, the company didn't arrange anything... I did everything. I was never able to reach them so I reached out to the sending florist. They were very kind and issued a refund. It wasn't the sending florist's fault... they just happened to use the wrong florist to send me the bouquet.There is no excuse for sending dead flowers. As a florist, you have one job - send flowers that are alive! Luckily I will never have to deal with Bloomfield Florist ever again.I am accepting their response just to be done with this. It also shows great customer service that it took them a month to even acknowledge my complaint. I hope someone shuts them down.Thank you to the Revdex.com for helping me with my complaint!!

The arrangement was made and delivered on the requested date. We verified directly with the delivery driver that the arrangement was left at the recipient's door which is standard procedure when someone is not home or not answering.

appears the arrangement was taken by a 3rd party from the recipient's doorstep which is probably easy to do since it was an apartment building.
However since the recipient did not sign for the flowers personally, We decided to refund the customer in full on August 18th, 2015. The credit will appear back to the customer's account within 4 business days.
