I am rejecting this response because:
I ordered $of additional products to get be able to get free shippingThen I was never notified that the item I wanted was on back order, however the additional items I didn't want were shipped separatelyIf I had known my original item was in back
order I would have canceled the entire order as it was for a gift that I needed quicklyI only asked that the additional money spent to receive the free shipping be refunded
