Went and purchased a vehicle. FOUR months later I was pulled over and the police told me that vehicle was not registered in my name and not registered in Pa at all. So called the dealer and they kept telling me they filed all the paper work but couldn't provide and proof of doing so. Called penndot and they had nothing from them at all.
's registration is valid and expires November of this year. ***s most recently reach out to us in January with a similar complaint about his lender not being attached as a lienholder. Our staff contacted the bank which confirmed they did in fact have possession of the title and ***s was made aware of it by both our staff as well as his bank. We also confirmed the registration for him in December. I have also enclosed screenshots that confirm this information as well. If ***s has not received the registration card in the mail there is a form he can fill out that will allow us to get a replacement card for him or alternatively he can print one off the Penndot website. I tried reaching ***s by phone several times this week however I was unable to reach him. If I can be of assistance I can reached at
As of 02/20/20 I still have not received any paper for for the registration of the vehicle. It should not have taken this long.
